It marked the transition from Seiko's early mechanical series to the high precision calibers that culminated just a few years later in the first Grand Seiko (1960) . This virtually untouched example of the Seiko Crown Diashock 21 Jewels dates from the early 1960s and is extremely rare to find in such excellent condition today. The case shows perfectly
